Description of the Bug: while being fire fighter med kits is glitching out and not letting me heal people turns all heal points on player model jet black and wont return normal for like 2 mins while being equiped would not let me un equip as well or use keys for vehicle entry

How to reproduce the Bug: have no idea just trying to heal people/equiping med kit

Time Stamp: all day today.

Errors: no visible error codes or scripting errors in console

The heal points all turning black happens as medic too, seems to happen whenever two players heal the same person but bugs out solo sometimes too if you try to heal someone too fast, only started after the last update.
