Description of the Bug: You are too far from the NPC

How to reproduce the Bug: Go up to the NPC, for example in this case where it happens frequently to me either PD or digi peeps
Interact and pick an action
"You are too far from the NPC" even though i widerally right there and if i am in range to press e on it then how am i too far

Time Stamp: not applicable but it's a longstanding bug

It tends to happen for me at pps as well, seems to happen a lot more at pps then anywhere else for me
