Description of the bug: So I have 2 bugs, 1 for some reason it doesn't let me actually see my car's speed in KPH when I activate the option I am not sure if I need to rejoin for it to work
2nd bug is that the snowman cannot be frozen as a prop

2nd bug is that the snowman cannot be frozen as a prop

I think this was to stop people using it as a defence and blocking areas with it. However, This might not be the case and is a bug. Pretty sure it was to stop the abuse of its physics.

I just got sick of people carrying it and running away with it when I try to decorate stuff
