Description of the bug: Some doors don't open while you have a grenade out

How to reproduce the bug: Go to a door (doesn't work all the time) and pull a pin on a grenade and try to open it.

I have tested this and reached the conclusion you were not close enough to the door to open it.

Next time, I suggest standing closer to the door before removing the spoon.
