Type of bug: slipped on a concrate barrier and got teleported

Description of the bug: I placed a remote explosive outside subs and blew the house props up which made a mess in the room, I got in and i jumped on a concrate barrier and slipped and fell which made me break my legs and teleported me into the bathroom

How to reproduce the bug: jumped on the concrate barrier close to storage chest

This isn't a bug only at subs, it's just stupid prop physics. The same happened to me a long time ago, but I died because of it.
