Map Suggestion Business district 2nd connecting road from car dealer

Suggestion Description:
I have the exact same complaint that this echo mentions about the business district.

"Originally this would have been off the edge of the map, It wasn't until feedback regarding slums not feeling integrated into the map came in that this road and the tunnel was added."

There should have been a second road connecting bazaar and casino to the highway aswell, not a long road to a dead end.

This doesn't work here. There is not enough room to get low enough to get under the highway. This area also doesn't suffer from the same issue that Slums did.
