That doesn't sound like a realistic complaint unless you are simply saying "I don't like that I can't break rules as easily". Obviously we listen to complaints put forth about any of the administration team, but if you are unwilling/unable to provide sufficient evidence of abuse or general bad enforcement of the rules, there is not much we can do about it. I just don't see how having new staff can possibly make you stop playing the server, so to me, just sounds as though there must be other reasons.
