This is a message to the public
To inform our possible trainee's, the pay which the workers will receive matters on how much money has been earned at the day. This will then get split up fairly. Meaning, if there are 4 workers which were working and in total we earned 725 $ at that day, the worker will receive 25 % of it (in the end 181 $).

Calm Café". We came to that decision due to me looking at a few coffee shops also in other cities. We decided to make it bigger and calmer. "Escape from the stressful world with a cup of coffee" is our motto. Our main goal as said in the motto is to make a calm and relaxing coffee shop which is enjoyable for both customers and employees.
