Cant agree to the rules when i first get into game.

When I load into game it puts me in and i get the rules thingy come up and where it says at the bottom ' I Agree ( 10 Seconds ) ' and ' I Disagree' and i cannot select i agree i can only select ' I Disagree' and the timer is not going down on the i agree part.

This is a common bug and the only way to fix it, is to keep trying again. You could try selecting "I disagree" and retrying after it kicks you.

NemoTM, you have to keep rejoining all the time. A lot of people have this bug and fixed it by rejoining and retrying.
It will work eventually, trust me.

What jjjackier said. A lot of people are having issues with this and I'm sure it'll be fixed in the big update.
