Cannot Accept The Rules..

I am a new player to the server, well havent even been able to play yet, thought the server looked cool so i wanted to check it out, but everytime i join it downloads all the packs etc, then it puts me in game and shows me the rules and the "I Agree(10 seconds)" button is grey and i wait more than 10 seconds and still cant accept them, i can only disagree and get kicked.. I would really like to play but this is getting in the way of that. Please help.

Try waiting 5-15 minutes then click accept, if that doesn't work rejoin until you can

Just try this; Join the server, while on loading screen leave your computer until its on the server, if you touch anything this bug will be.
