Can't see players

I can't see other players and myself. I have all content downloaded from website and steam workshop, I also have CS:S on my computer and also downloaded

Put Mat_dxlevel 90 into your console before you join.

On launch options put -dxlevel 90 and there is nothing else you need to do.

As mentioned by @John Daymon, try setting your -dxlevel to 90 (minimum). Additionally, you could try to remove the PERPHeads content pack off your gmod directory and re-download it all via steam workshop.
