Car alarm/bomb raid sound

Does anyone have the sound file that plays when your car is robbed or you are bomb raided? (as in the alarm)
If not, where can I find it? Is it in the addons folder?

it's in the perp content files under the sounds folder, you can dig in there for it easily using gmpublisher
