Suggestion Title: Car boot traffic cone
Suggestion Description: Upgradable option for car owners who want to get one or two traffic cones in case of breaking down in road, the upgrade would cost money and once you buy it you get access to one or two traffic cones from boot of the car

Why should this be added?:
- Well it give more safety since if a person breaks down can place a traffic cone or two this way it will be more roleplay and realism and would make more safety roadways, give new way of improving car upgrades, and it would be cool to see this change, and it wouldnt be abuse since the traffic cones are not big and they are purely cosmetic.

What negatives could this have?:
- Developer time to add this to car dealer as an upgrade

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Allowing players to put traffic cone for RP reasons

Correct me if I am wrong, but can't you buy those already at the safety shop, or was that changed with v5?

You can Intact buy them from a shop. However, im not horribly against this idea as it would incentive people to actually use a cool feature.
