This has been suggested before but this is a bit more detailed. At the cd there should be a Guy that can put ur car in for sale. For exempel i have a mini but bought a Ferrari enzo and i Wanted to sell my mini, i Would put it on market for like 5k cheaper Than it actually is. This Would help poor peopel and can also be used for trading system. Then ofc u Would be able to buy the cars.

-support. Its the same concept of trading cars but with a new coat around it and the tradings of cars has been denied since it would be too easy to get a car then.
