Short explanation (in notes):
-Plate numbers on car
-Example: GKA-4123

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): Because trying to find cars by looking at car color isnt realistic, if it plate number this is more realistic and its easier to find him.




Optional additions:
- Randomly choosen plate numbers.
- Plate numbers can be changed.
