Suggestion Title: Cargo Robbery
Suggestion Description: A dark web mission with stages inspired by Bank and Chop

First you must pick your difficulty.

Theft Easy
Theft Medium
Theft Hard



Stage 1: locate the location of the cargo delivery. It can be at any DD location where the DD is NOT present
Stage 2: break into the cargo delivery
Stage 3: each box inside the spawned in cargo container will be crowbarred to drop random set of weapons and or ordinance.
Stage 4: Collect your stolen cargo
Stage 5: escape

Where is the risk/reward?

Theft easy will ping to no one. The reward could be in in pistols, shotguns or quantity of weed

Theft medium will ping to any org with a good connection with the DD in that specific sector of the map. The reward will be SMGs, shotguns, pistols with nice attachments like suppressors or sight, quantity of cocaine

Theft hard will ping to all orgs on the server. It will reward players with rifles with a chance of possibly rewarding explosives, snipers, Molotovs or beaker of meth made of a random recipe ready for stage 3 to be turned into sellable grams.

The quantity of reward will be reasonable and the aforementioned rewards are only part of the loot table.

There should also be a significant cooldown for such a job.

Why should this be added?:
- people love shooting
- a new and unique way for gangs to fight.
- Police may or may not respond, which makes each job unique depending on server pop
- enjoyable for medics to farm experience
- good way to farm org xp and lockpicking skill
- adding crime to the dark web roster
-payday for police if they win

What negatives could this have?:
- more “unnecessary” shootouts
- too complicated?
- can get super chaotic during peak hours
- would take probably lots of development

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Na
 
This would be good, but it would take the rewards out of crafting and grinding when people can js do it on server low pop and get an eg as50 everytime. It will also increase the NITRP imo as people in routined orgs will use it as free pvp.
 
I believe there is already enough PvP activity in Paralake. To improve the experience, more passive roleplay should be encouraged. For this reason, I’m voting -1
 
If there is a something in place similar to the bank where reward depends on player pop, number of pd etc, I could maybe see this working but as stated above it wouldn't really be a roleplay scenario mainly just a killing spree. However with that being said I do like the idea of an ''event'' where all orgs get alerted and contest for something.

as50 is not guaranteed. People can power grow at low pop and make hundreds of thousands untouched or do chop shop on hard against 3 pistol cops. keep in mind! This job has a “considerable cooldown,” which even when I wrote that I specifically recall intending for it to be once a day like chop shop.

In terms of balancing low pop, I imagine adding a minimum cop counter and or a minimum “eligible org,” counter (counting orgs who would be notified confirming a risk level of being countered) before unlocking the mission can balance the issue of it being too easy at times.
