Suggestion Description: An NPC that spawns a cargo truck at the cost of 5k the cargo truck should have ALOT of trunk space and slots

Why should this be added?:
- It would be easier for players to buy crafting materials in bulk. Instead of making 15 trips from the city to storage

What negatives could this have?:
- more traffic on the roads
