Why Should This Player Be Punished: he CDMED me gave me a ticket over the limit for jaywalking and was annoying every officer online at the time he also misuesd the panic AND rdm x3 atleast he also said he has aimbot also claimed to be the co owner

I was one of the officers who witnessed this and I supplied one of the videos. He had broken so much rules that they are nearly impossible to list.
Besides using the radio as a toy by burping and inaudible noises he also used racial slurs with and offended other people as an LEO. He continued to Rule Break by running people over with his car and killing people with his pistol.
He also "Panicked"with the reason "I spilled cola on my panic button, sorry."
I am confused as to how he even passed the PLPD test.
