Suggestion Title: Casino Events
Suggestion Description: The casino is purely visited by the odd blackjack player or anyone wanting to do their free spins. This suggestion adds timed events that increase potential payout at the risk of a vastly increased loss. For example, one of these events may be the spawning of the high roller blackjack table (the one with the 100k minimum bet). Or, it could be the addition of an even pricier slot machine that could end up giving you 50 million if you hit. After an hour or something these events stop and things go back to normal.

Why should this be added?:
- The casino is pretty empty most of the time.

What negatives could this have?:
- People might win a lot of money (simple to fix lol just lower chances of winning)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Empty casino 99% of the time with no interactions

I like this, I want something to be added within the Casino, Just to give it some sort of Spark, I believe at the moment it's only Blackjack and Slots that are playable so some incentive for people to go there and use it without needing to loose all of their money would be good.
