Suggestion Title: Change city hall stairs/second CH enterance
Suggestion Description: One of the biggest issues when trying to kill the mayor is having 3 SS shooting you from a head glitch across the hallway from the city hall raiders, This makes it impossible to be able to really use pistols and forces you to use weapons that make it actually possible to shoot their heads from a distance wasting more money/resources per person raiding city hall.

I think either making another method of entry alongside the main one to the mayors office at city hall or finding ways to remove the issue of SS just head glitching the same spot at city hall each time.

Why should this be added?:
- Improve city hall raids/make it more possible to kill the mayor when taxes are high.
- stop guns being lost alot due to the issue of unfair combat with SS sitting at a headglitch.

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time to fix this issue

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Making city hall raids actually do-able
 
Would be nice if there was a door that lead to the balcony from there. You'd have another option to approach the mayor's office but also be at the risk of exposing yourself outside on the balcony but it does make it so the SS have to defend another spot instead of just a long hallway.
 
After being an SS holding this angle I couldn’t agree more. It’s fun to have an angle which lines up one taps near consistently but it doesn’t contribute to gameplay. Key example being the Mayor surviving almost 5 CH raids against AK’s and Scar’s with 2/3 SS holding this angle.
The angle however is arguably countered by a singular grenade which would probs wipe 2-3 SS if done correctly.
However, if you’re aiming to balance gameplay, there shouldn’t have to be an angle in which you’re forced to use nades or have near perfect aim each peak (since SS have already lined up angles)

At teemos request, He asked me about A CH raid we won, Where we ended up with SS respawning and us telling them to run away, In this case in all honesty there needs to be something to counter idiots like me holding with a luger
