Sexual violence​

Any form of sexual violence on Garry's Mod servers is disallowed.

This includes but is not limited to:

• 'Rape' SWEPs or other sexual violence gameplay/roleplay jobs
• Audiovisual content of minors which is illegal
• Audiovisual content (including in-game models/props) displaying any form of sexual violence

You can already stop SexRP at will by saying in /LOOC that you're uncomfortable with it, I don't see a problem right now?

This rule actually complies by the GMOD Guidelines, if someone tells you to stop, you have to, otherwise the rule is fine.

It's not even a risk because the server already complies with the future guidelines. The only thing I could see being changed is forbidding "RapeRP" altogether even if both parties are okay with it which is what the guidelines state. Other than that we don't have a rape SWEP or any other features that are "including, but not limited to"

Before someone has to initiate ERP with you, they have to ask you before hand, if you say yes, then thats fine, but then say no part way through, they then have to stop. The rule is already incompliance with Facepunch's rules and has been since I have been playing Perp.

Is ERP even an issue within our community? The rules are already adjusted in accordance with this rule. Like it or not this is a City Roleplay server involving gang violence and other sleazy business practices and limiting the possibility for players to dabble in this sort of business wouldn’t dig us out of the cops vs power growers situation we’re currently stuck in.

It clearly says sexual violence which is automatically disallowed due to its nature and being generally nonconsensual. Just look at the word "violence" idk what you do in your bedroom but not all ERP has to be violent

The reason for wanting to change this is already covered by our rules.
Make another thread if you want to discuss whether we should disallow ERP entirely.
