Suggestion Title: Change the Terminology for Government Employee
Suggestion Description: The current defintion of government employee is as follows:
"Government Employee
A city employee who is not a Taxi Driver or a Courier."
However, this should be expanded to include McUwes workers

Why should this be added?:
- McUwes worker has nothing to do with government relations and I don't think the terminology was checked when the job was added.

What negatives could this have?:
- None

What problem would this suggestion solve?: McUwes workers being able to abuse the fact that they are government workers to report crimes they should not be able to.

It's a private company evidenced by the fact that the mayor has no control over their employment or salary. That being said I still think this should be done anyway for clarity, even if we lose the PLPDs Major Food Crimes taskforce
