Server Suggestion Changes to the PLPD gambling at the Casino

Description of the idea: This idea is about the complete removal of Police being able participate in gambling activities at the Casino. It's already not exemplary for Officer's to gamble in the Casino and leave as soon as they get a call for a shootout or something similar. Some policy changes will most likely not prevent this issue altogether which is why it should be disallowed via a feature.

The NPC already tells you off for being on-duty and that you should be a citizen to use it. Change it to need.

Why should this be added? (pros): Professional state funded Police don't get spotted wasting their life savings. They would also be more useful off patrolling.
People no longer farm a paycheck for doing nothing.

What negatives could this have? (cons): None?

yeah its already against the policy specfically the ''fucking do your job'' part and may also be against rules but this would be a good additon
as dispatch ive had to yell at officers to leave casino

Is there any reason that any job should be allowed to use the casino? There are equal issues of the Mayor using it to hide, or medics not reviving people.

Maybe the mayor should be able to use it but not be able to be in there for too long, as for officers I've already had issues with officers refusing to patrol and ignoring dispatch and there is only so much that can be done about that at the moment it may just be better to completely disallow them from using anything other than the wheel spin
