this is technically cream cheese, even tho it's like yoghurt
its has >12% protein <1% fat

As a real dutchie where the cheese originally comes from I like the Gouda cheese.

Yeah but after you get half way through a pot of it you feel like death, and don't get me started on the toilet trip afterwards.

My favourite blue is stilton. Cordon Bleu is not very nice at all.
Cant go wrong with Red Leicester and Cheddar though, very good with apple.
