Suggestion Title: Chemist/ pharmacist rp
Suggestion Description: Allow people to make drugs/prescriptions that don't have to be sold to DD and can be legal but also provide effects much like pain pills
Why should this be added?:
- this would add more role play opportunities and depending on the buffs could make everyone's build dynamic. so like you could have meds that boost int, dex, etc. they could have side effects or down sides but this would allow crafters to to have more dynamic builds with genes since they can temporarily boost a crafting stat. plus it would just be fun if the chem table had more legal use cases
What negatives could this have?:
- depending on the effects of drugs you add like faster sprint or what not it can make combat more dynamic but it could also be a determent to newer players depending on how expensive the drugs are. as they would be at a combat disadvantage. but it would be somewhat similar to someone one using the already available buffs and med supplies in the game so the gap might not be to big so long as the buffs aren't over the top.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: it does not really solve a problem just adds more to do in the game and offers a new rp experience
