Suggestion Title: Meth PVP Usage
Suggestion Description: Meth consumption will grant a buff to the player temporarily for a PVP situation for the duration of the High.
From below are just some components.

DISCLAIMER: these ideas below are individual components. I’m not saying every single one should be or should not be added.
Components / Buffs:
1) When High on Meth, players CAN run while reloading.
2) When High on Meth, the player DO NOT have the speed debuff from running holding rifles
3) When High on Meth, Running Speed is boosted by 10%, this is equal to 110% running speed of PLPD Patrol
4) When High on Meth, You can continue to run when out of Stamina but your Health will be damaged slowly.
PURITY:
1) I think these affects can be degraded depending on the lack of purity of the meth baggie.
AND OR
2) Alternatively, the High (status effect length) of the buff lasts for a shorter time.
Why should this be added?:
- Solving the “buff meth” demand
- Making Meth fun to use
- Adding a wild card in PVP
- Making combat more interesting
- meth cooks can now sell to gangs
- Meth selling can now happen between real players, not just DD.
- Meth selling will become lucrative as there WILL be a dynamic drug market.
- Meth selling will involve real player dealings of drugs for PVP use.
What negatives could this have?:
- some would say it’s unbalanced
- some are happy with how meth is just now and believe no Change is the best
- People can kill themselves using the feature to run while out of breath while high on meth on accident
What problem would this suggestion solve?: I’ve seen the recent demand for a meth buff and I look at the issue from a perspective that rather than making it pay more, I think there is a different ways of making it satisfy players to grant them that dopamine hit and pride in their work. that fixes the demand for an improvement on meth.
This also offers a way for a dynamic drug market that is Player Ran!
