Suggestion Title: Choose if you want the benches in church
Suggestion Description: When you go to buy church make it so you can choose the benches or not.

Why should this be added?:
More space.

What negatives could this have?:

I suggested awhile ago that all furniture be removed from purchasable properties and that said furniture can be "Rebought" from the bank foreman for an added cost but it was unfortunately denied. This would allow all properties to have some sort of prefabricated layout to adapt them to the purposes they are fulfilling.

I agree with this idea and think it should apply to all properties.

Since they are now craftable, the map ones will be removed.
