Property “Prefabrication”

Description of the idea:
Partially a map idea, partially a game mechanic.

Players can purchase pre furnishing for their properties inside the bank tellers office.

The prefabrication can include:
Defence:
A basic defence will be made inside the property, consisting of barricades. The windows will also be pre boarded up.
Home:
For residencies, useable bedding, chairs, tables, etc. Will be added to the property.

Other prefabs can be sorted.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Allows new players or players without VIP to have a defence
- Better RP, As you won’t have to place down your own furniture

What negatives could this have? (cons):
Could have complications if bombed.​

An idea like this was already brought up by @Shay a while ago, however, I believe his idea was to make this the only way to have defenses. However, I like the thought as having it alongside player built defenses. This way, newer players can 'rent' props rather than going all out and buying them. Similarly, if you don't want to spend time setting up a base or don't know all the rules, the prebuilt is a quick and easy solution!

To combat the bomb problem, you could make it so after a bombing, you could go to bank, pay a 5-20k fee and your props would be fixed within 10 mins (to stop instant fixes mid raid)

im suggesting it be an alternative to player furnished properties, and that building your own defence will still be allowed.

Nah, this would be just as easily exploitable, just tell everyone to get out quickly

@Lelios1 Im talking about 30 seconds after a raid, or that 2 min time span you have till cops turn up, seems kinda exploitable to have that
