Main Idea: Having our great coders create a mobile app for our ingame phone that shows the current mayor, mayor candidates, taxes, city funds and percentage of people that voted for a mayor candidate.
Description: Upon raising your phone you can see an app icon of the standard Dr. Breen (mayor playermodel)'s face. Upon activating the app, it has a copule of tabs you can click on, for example:
1st tab named 'City' that shows the current mayor, taxes, funds, jobs etc.
2nd tab showing Candidates:

Tyla Jai - 69% votes
Johannes Simeon - 10%
Peter Wolf - 18%
Taco Lickah - 3%
The third tab showing how much city funds are being gained, spent with statused rainging from 'Rich Economy' (80k funds+)which is the best, 'Stable Economy' (5k to 79k)which is medium and 'Economic Depression' ( under 5k)which is the worst status.
This app will replace the book of law and in its place put a more modern way to keep up with the city and the mayor's administration.
Pros: - Not needing to spend money on a book that states the taxes, funds and pay in which the nubers magically change and you can easily lose in a mugging.
- Is detailed and shows the user the state the city is in with detail.
Cons: -will replace the book of law
