When I was on the server this morning Classiest of bears (Hal Lavkatzo) was an excellent officer (which can be hard to come by early in the morning) who knew the rules and laws very well. His rp was great and dealt with the situation well. If he has put his name on a supervisor application then I think he would be a great LT or Sergeant.
