Alright so. To explain to everyone what happened. I was going to raid McUwes and they had this defense
I knew this defense was banned but continued the RP sit as i'd already started the raid. I was very hesitant to bobby it and was trying to see what my other options were as I knew if I were to bobby i'd most likely die as I would be stuck. In the time I was contemplating my option the player inside @Jun1to decided to call police which is fair. I got the courage and realized my only option was to raid as police were presumably getting nearer and I would die if i was just in the open as well. I bobbied killed him and got in. I then went to leave and as a result of his aids defense police heard where I was and knew I was there, I then heard them walk in the door so I peaked killed them both then tried to leave, however I got caught by cops at puffer and they took my gun and cuffed me, then @Yaseen pulled up in her car and saved me and then went to storage, at which point I got out a scar to defend myself as police has DNA on me and then I was killed.
I then figured out in total I'd lost about 40k, so I explained the situation to @Brinch and he explained that as long as I wasn't making an obscene amount like 100k of the guy then it's fine, as he thought it may be blackmail but then when I explained I was only asking for what I lost back to avoid a petty AR. I was giving this guy the chance to avoid an AR, and partially I couldn't be bothered to make an RR. I lost in total my full M4, with stock, a full scar with stock and sight, 4 drug plants, and I lost time but that wasn't really an issue. I calculated around 40k in total after i'd included how much I paid for it and offered him to pay me it as I knew him from before and a minor aids base isn't worth making an AR over.
In total as a result of his aids defence I explained i'd lost 40k worth of items, and gave him the offer to pay me it or i'd just have to make an AR then RR. I had then received the 40K and all was well, then he added me on steam again and started shit talking me saying give me my 40k back and I asked Brinch if I was under any obligation to and he said no I wasn't.
tl;dr he made me lose 40k from breaking rules, i offered him the opportunity to refund me and resolve this without petty ar's, too many petty ar's already just for rr's. he gave me 40k, got upset started being rude to me and demanding his 40k back, brinch said i didn't have to so i was fine. It was his fault cause the base was aids and he heard me coming in through the metal detector as there was no way round it and I was limited in movement.
I admit that I "extremised" what happened because you weren't understanding, however the point remains that you broke the rules and caused me to lose the weapons.
