[CLOSED] Serious FPS Lag whenever everything goes to fuck?

Whenever I shoot a gun or a gun is shot or anything like that, I get frame skipping for days, essentially makes firefights a lose cause as soon as they start, i don't stand a chance, by the time my game recovers, i'm dead.

As I've said in another thread, we've had a lot of updates in regards to fixing lag, try again.
