CMD occasionally popping up

Hi all,

recently having this issue of CMD popping up for a split second then dissapearing each time I am in a game, PERP, SWTOR ect.. I have got Kaspersky & Anti-malware bytes, done scans and everything is fine however this is an annoyance pulling me out (usually during shootouts/battles)

I would love to get a screenshot but I cannot predict when it will happen
