I wanted to recommend @Cole for being a great moderator and an all round good guy, I've been in sits with him before, and he has dealt with it accordingly (and never banned or warned me yet) He is a good police officer and also a very helpful staff member, I'm not surprised how quickly he got moderator from enforcer, I think everyone can agree he's a top lad, and a real good scotsman. i baptise you Scottish now.
