Model Suggestion Colour customisable hats

Suggestion Title: Colour customisable hats
Suggestion Description: Adding variations of the following hats where the main body of the hat is colour customisable:
- Top hat
- High Top hat
- Fedora
- Bowler hat.

Currently only the band is colourable. It would be pretty cool to have versions of the hat that can be changed.

Why should this be added?:
- More character customisation
- Shouldn't be impossible.

What negatives could this have?:
- More content I guess
