Why should this appeal be considered?: I haven't played here in over a year hence I don't specifically remember what got me the comms ban. Since my return I haven't been toxic at all and I've played quite a bit now, I don't really need OOC, however the LOOC is a useful tool at times and kind of necessary so I would hope that I could get that back, thanks for considering.
