Why were you banned/blacklisted?: " The user complains consistently over OOC and after numerous warnings to stop, they continue to call problems. User has generally atrocious demeanor in OOC hence the length."
Why should this appeal be considered?: It was a huge misunderstanding that led to an OOC dispute being discussed OOC.
1) I ask admins a technical question about who to report specifically, the player who I believed to have Powergamed, or the staff who made a decision to aquit that player in the in-game report.
2) Admins respond with their first impressions regarding situation, which I think to be uninformed.
3) I wanted to clarify the situation, got heated, and responded to administration.
3 was a mistake, I should not have responded to administration in public OOC chat. Even if I think they're saying something wrong.
I was accused of "causing problems," I can assure you - I never intentionally cause problems to start, I only seek justice and fairness.
I responded rudely, by implying how Ellie was biased at the time with "I'll wait for an unbiased opinion." That could of been worded better, such as "Please, take a extra second look the situation over, it kay be more complicated than it seems" or better yet just not respond in OOC.
I know I spoke a lot about corruption and how everyone should be held accountable, and I now understand that some of the admins thought I was referring to them specifically. No. I was talking about EVERYONE EQUALLY. That is another misunderstanding.
I apologize for getting a little heated and not double-checking my wording.
Additional Information: I need global OOC for technical reasons. Sometimes LOOC doesn't work, and it seems there's no way to directly PM someone an OOC message.
