Suggestion Title: Community meetings
Suggestion Description: community managers should host a meeting once a week or a month to gauge the community's perspectives on the server.

Why should this be added?:
- allow people to actually have a direct voice chat with staff
- people can connect
- It will be organized as a discord event making it mostly manage-able.
- community members can throw out ideas and discuss them in real time
- Community members can learn from staff directly and share good answers to good questions

What negatives could this have?:
- can be chaotic
- can be Takes time
- can be hard to organize.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: a lack of community meetings

Honestly I think this is a solid suggestion, but there's one thing I want to mention, once a week feels like a lot. There just isn't enough changing on the server week to week to really justify meeting that often, monthly or quarterly meetings sound way better imo.

I do like the idea of actually hearing the community out, but if it isn't organised properly it can turn into a complete shitshow pretty quickly, so a lot more thought needs to go into how its run. A good example is that meeting we had back in 2017 or 2018 on Teamspeak. By the end of it the whole meet turned in to a big argument and people ended up getting banned.

A better way to handle it would probably be to structure the meeting around the importance of each topic, and to figure out what counts as important the CMs could run a survey through a forms sheet about a month before the meet. In that sheet the CMs would list the topics they noticed being problematic or worth discussing, on top of that community members could also include stuff they are concerned about themselves. From there the CMs can rank the topics by how many people raised them or how serious they are, and use that to put together an actual agenda before the meeting starts, rather than just freestyling it on the day.
