literally 90% of all updates are to do with the PD, when was the last decent update for CIVs? everything that has been added recently has been to benefit the PD.

PD suggestions are looked at and added extremely fast compared to the CIV suggestions such as, sniper shooting range, crafting queues, stim packs being added to normal crafting, etc.
