Constant Crashing When Trying To Join

I've tried joining for the past hour and it keeps crashing every time.
I have all content installed,
and no betas enabled

Unistall all your other useless addons and just use the perp addons.

Do you get any error messages when it crashes or does it crash without a message? Also, is your game full-screened or windowed?

No errors and its windowed, ive tried full screen and it still crashed

I'd suggest fully removing GMOD, reinstalling it try again.

I had a similar issue when I had other apps running in the background also was super odd, then again I had low RAM.

Change settings lower it

Had the same issue at the start of summer. Lowering resolution and changing other settings to low ( except models because that can cause other issues ) worked for me

Is DirectX correctly installed and up to date?

Better to have a fix when you need it then need it when you don't have it.

When you un install addons they are still saved in gmods cache, you have to go to garrysmod > garrysmod > cache > workshop

from there delete it all then try run gmod and go into perp
