Description of the Bug: Harvesting planters after server restart gives less drugs.

How to reproduce the Bug: I have noticed that whenever I plant coke before server restart I usually get way fewer leaves than average. To reproduce this bug, plant before the server restart and collect after, in today's case I got 4 leaves in one planter and 5 in the other. I do not have any media of this, but I'm pretty sure my logs from this morning and @Bønnisen 's logs from yesterday's server restart should show that it is a consistent problem.

this has happend to me alot of times as well, when you plant weed/coke you get much more less then su should

This is probably due to the water level being forgotten

Was your bug with large or small planters

today it was small planters

but even with big planters same issue
