Basically I wanna have spongebob season 2 on my iPad but the videos are in avi, I need a program to convert it (39 files) from avi to mp4 without any watermarks or limits etc.

If you have Sony Vegas on your PC, put them in one by one then render them as MP4 = High quality vids 0 watermarks
or use an online converter

Use Handbrake (Used it once to convert movies to an iPad, worked good) or use VLC's converter.
correct me if I'm wrong, but windows movie maker can export in .mp4, once u import the file, go to save movie, and export it as high definition display, it will save as .mp4
