Why do you want your item(s) refunded:
We got raided by people and SWAT came to secure the area, the swat took all of our weapons and put them on the floor and he intended to give them back as we were in our right to defend ourselves, however a cop ran in and minge grabbed them all then the cop disconnected straight away

The SWAT said he will comment on this to confirm his intention was not to confiscate our guns and ordered the cops not to do it. The SWATs name was Luke Roberts

This Is true I was the swat officer at the time during the raid. I told the officers not to remove the guns as they were to be given back to these guys. However the officer failed to listen and went on a spree removing all the guns from the property.

The likelihood of the guns being confiscated was high duo to you guys actually shooting at SWAT and growing drugs but the officer who mingegrabbed it is obviously in the wrong and for some reason every officer who was involved instantly left after the raid was over.

No shots were fired towards the swat.
The swat didn't get called to the area, he reached there by his own will, rushed in without a warrent, and killed the ones who stayed alive without saying a word prior to walking in.
