Cops being able to get in civ cars

Main idea: Read the title

Description: Cops will be able to get in civilian cars for RP situations like hostage situations when they are ziptied

Pros: Hostage situations with cops will be fun.

Cons: Skids abusing it?

Cops could, when there is no Roadcrew, call the owners of the cars and move them off the roads if they're parked illegally, or turn the engine off for crims that are caught in a pursuit. I like this

Yeah I mean like as a passenger. Driving the car could be something cool aswell.

Although this was centred around being a passenger, which I do like, police forces all over the world drive peoples vehicles such as when they're being arrested to avoid leaving it in the middle of the road or many other things

Obviously this would have to be used carefully if any LEOs are able to actually drive vehicles in the future, i.e. RTU officers or a certain police rank
