Suggestion Title: Courier broadcast
Suggestion Description: Back in V5 I liked using adverts in order to let the public ordering packages know about delays and such so that I don't have to deal with 10 angry phone calls wondering where their order they placed less than 5 minutes ago is. Now that /advert has been removed (it was a good change) I would love to see a broadcast for couriers to let people know about delays in delivery time and general info. Just like other jobs rank locking broadcasts I also believe this feature should be gained upon being promoted from the entry rank.
Why should this be added?:
- Lets couriers keep the public updated on ETAs on deliveries & other information
What negatives could this have?:
- People making stupid broadcasts, although like other jobs, this would be punishable
What problem would this suggestion solve?: People making angry phone calls, I am getting to the point where I don't pick up courier phone calls because every time it's just someone aggressively demanding I deliver their $200 order to hicktown they placed 30 seconds ago ASAP
