Suggestion Title: crafting time with org xp
Suggestion Description: when you are in a org in the levels it has some upgrades to the crafting speed but honestly i dont even see a diference and im in a lvl 49 org maybe make the time to craft slower to low lvl orgs intead of making it super quick
Why should this be added?:
- org level will matter more in crafting because i dont really see the point of the upgrades
What negatives could this have?:
maybe the crafting taking longer
What problem would this suggestion solve?: no point on leveling up your org if you wanna craft
