crashing every 5-10 min

my game just keeps randomly closing every 5-10 min max of 20 while in the server, i only have gmod open and only have the PH addon packs installed

its making the game unplayable any suggestions on how to fix are welcome

Do you have any betas enabled? If so, turn them off.
