Crashing

A friend of mine is constantly crashing out of the game without even getting into the server.
Roughly halfway through downloading the map he crashes. He uninstalled everything multiple times however nothing seems to work. Since he doesn't have a forum account he asked me to post it for him.
So if someone has any idea what the problem may be he'd love to know.

This happend to my friend. Basically he has too many drug packets in his storage or in his pocket. Ask Fredy to help you with this one.

Nothing has helped so far and he is constantly asking me if I can help him.
