Suggestion Title: Create roleplay bases unraidable
Suggestion Description: So as in @exrobite "rant" about crim also being a joke. I feel like alot of bases that are in good faith and for roleplay purposes only. are constantly being raided and overall is just a bad thing for alot of people that sincerely want to roleplay. There should either be a choice in the bank letting you choose what base type it is. And it will only limit you to one rp base, and when you
have a rp base up , you can't grow drugs anywhere else ( Like growing drugs in baz) in the downside of "Using these bases for drug production." There can be a prompt when trying to place a chem table or plant seeds in a planter (except eg Xmas tree seeds)

Why should this be added?:
- More roleplay oppurtunities.
- Makes people feel safer when roleplaying without having a person with 10k hours on perp 1 tap them for no reason

What negatives could this have?:
- Abuse of the system
- Growing drugs inside
- "I didn't see that it was a roleplay base" excuses making reports harder
- Tryhards will be fuming
- New players using these bases for drugs,

What problem would this suggestion solve?: fun bases being raided and ruining fun for people who want to roleplay

This shouldn't be the case. A rule would be made against using RP bases in an illegal way, inclusive, possession of weaponry/drugs, hiding from players attempting to enact revenge or using the base to hide from cops when warranted.
Because nobody breaks the rules

Having safe zones of any kind is just aids, the casino one was removed for a reason

assuming the doors even are closed breaking into a property to kill someone wouldnt be considered raiding (or mugging). raiding is defined by "you are going in to get profit"
And then im forced to break into an RP base to get revenge on one person, with multiple others likely being in the crossfire

The only way I can see this not abused is by staff accepting the base as an RP base and creating a ping in logs that a person with DNA/Recently Killed someone/IS warranted is inside the base, however this would cause more issues than positives. I am aware @Scoot did them from time to time, me accidentally walking in during a shootout. No matter how you see fit, issues surpass positives.

I suggested something similar to this in the staff discord for V5 regarding puffermart, saying it should come with the same protections as a regular shop does when used as such. However on V6 I see no properties that aren't protected properties already where this stands to gain anything.

Mugging within properties which do not carry the current protections should not be prevented by rules regardless of the contents of the base. You should run the risk of being robbed in areas where doing so is permitted. Its already hard enough to find someone to mug as is. You should always take percautions for your own security rather than rely on rules to protect you from seemingly legitimate negative interactions, something that is a point of contempt as is with our gamemode for many without needing to add this atop of it.

Great Idea! +1

@Baba Won, I love this idea. It is one I have thought about in the past also. - Perhaps the system could follow suit with the Bazaar & Business Shops, making it impossible to place down illicit items such as Planters, Chem Tables and Drugs.

I do however worry about the mechanics involved, as it could lead to players being able to more easily target valuable bases which do contain illegal contents - whether it be Government or Civilians external forces. - This is a great idea but it must be implemented correctly for the right balance and success, so as to not advantage or disadvantage players depending on the type of base they own.

Overall, the idea of 'RP ONLY' Properties is a awesome idea, one which I fully support. It has been a regular occurrence, that once I finish decorating a Suburbs Home or an Apartment that I get bomb-raided and end up loosing half of my furnishings... So GREAT IDEA!

In regard to the Mugging concerns, it really shouldn't matter. In theory if a base is 'RP ONLY', then external forces cannot enter without permission -therefore the resident cannot be mugged within their private space and will not hold anything illegal due to property rules. I doubt someone would target a property for a pistol or some food. My above mention of having the properties follow the system already implemented would also assure staff that no rules breaks could happen within the space, therefore voiding another concern which has been mentioned.

Best of luck with this Suggestion, I think it holds great value.

Mugging isn't always taking illegal items, it's also money, gun mags etc. are you proposing that being in a RP base allows you to have no muggable items, even food?

just do so you cant have drugs if you have roleplay base
Yes mate that's sort of the whole idea. The conversation has shifted to: How would that be enforced, either by rule or game mechanics, and whether it's a good idea anyway. Saying what everyone has already agreed on in big letters and green text doesn't help much.

Just leave all doors open to show you have nothing worth stealing & don’t carry anything valuable so if you do get mugged, they get nothing.

Problem solved

Incorrect. I am not proposing that. Not once did I mention that, but rather illegal items that are usually sought after in a mugging. There is, and will never be any value in mugging someone for 'food'. That would not be a valid reason to risk your own life and put yourself in harms way as the assailant - you would know the area was RP and therefore would logically steer clear as you would use common sense to establish that they will not have anything of value or drugs, easily the main reason people are mugged.

Simply put, someone who is solely basing for RP Purposes isn't going to be carrying around valuables within their home that you would want to steal. So don't worry if you cannot afford an extra hamburger!

If you try and disrupt a nice roleplay moment by mugging everyone in the property I'm banning you for 2.5 pretty much
I had this idea once when there was 5 people in a small subs building gambling on slots machines LMFAOOOOOOOOO

I'm not evil though so obviously I didn't do it lmao

We will explore adding a new tier of alarm that will prevent drugs/mugging/certain illegal activities from taking place inside a property (enforced through gamemode code, as well as potential rule changes). The alarm might feature a new indicator next to the property door to make it clear it shouldn't be a target for crime such as raids. Even though it's approved, I can't guarantee we'll be adding this whole mechanic if after our internal testing it shows to be detrimental to the server dynamics.
