Suggestion Title: Criminal/ORG Missions
Suggestion Description: This is a long suggestion post so please bear with me:


When an org reaches a certain level, they gain access to an app on their phone called “Dark Web” or something similar. On the app, people would be able to take missions such as burglaries, hits on people and stealing cars. The higher the org level the more high level missions will get unlocked with higher rewards but with that higher risks. This would allow lower level organizations to gain XP from simple, lower risk missions and higher level orgs to gain XP from more difficult, riskier missions.

Missions would be limited to around 2-3 missions per org/day or perhaps the app would have a limited number of missions for people in orgs to take within a 3-hour period to prevent constant car bombings or shootings.

How to start a mission:
Go into the phone app.
Look at the available missions and pick a suitable one.
Follow the instructions. (Similar to bank robbery where you have to send text and money to bank to confirm you’re a part of the missions and/or meet up with NPCs around the city)
Steal a car and leave it at a designated area.
Talk to NPC/get a text.
Get money.

If four or more people successfully finish a mission they will get org XP

Examples of missions:
Put a car bomb on a car
A random car spawns on the map, usually in a public area such as a parking lot where you can be seen and it’s your job to find the car and put a bomb on it and get away.
Kill an NPC in a public place and get away with it.
A random NPC (can be a store clerk) spawns in the city and you get to see a picture of the person that needs to be killed in a predetermined way; such as with a Beretta, SCAR, Katana or with your fists and so on. Your DNA will be on the body.
Kill a rival org member if they have the same mission as you.
When you pick a mission it sometimes pops up that a rival org has the same mission as you, and if you eliminate them before they finish the mission AND finish your mission you will receive more money and org XP.
Bank Robbery
It will work the same way as it does today but to start a robbery you have to do it through the app.
Break in to a property to steal an item
You get a property you need to break into. It will be temporarily owned and have a house alarm that will go off if you fail. While inside you will see a briefcase in a bedroom that you need to take to an NPC to get the money.
Stealing a car
A car spawns on the map and it’s your job to steal it and drive it to the designated area. Police will always get notified when the car gets stolen.
Rob a jewellery store
Will work similar to the bank robbery, you have to go through the app (to prevent it being used excessively) You have limited time to plan and do this, as soon as you talk to the NPCs with a gun out, everyone in the jewellery shop that’s a part of the mission will get warranted. The longer you stay there and talk to the NPC with the gun out the more jewellery you will get so it’s up to you if you want to risk it.
Jailbreak
You have to break someone out of prison, you have a time of 15 minutes to prepare and plan the jailbreak. If you come so far as to leave the PD after talking to the NPC in one of the jail cells (That will say something like “I’ll be right behind you guys” and you just have to focus of getting out of PD) a secret alarm will go off and everyone in the mission will get warranted and you have to hide or fight it out while you wait for the text saying you successfully completed the mission and got the money. (This is a high risk and high reward mission that will be considered a “rare mission” that will show up once a day under a limited time)
Sell drugs to different NPC around the city
You will receive 500 of random drugs, and you have to go around the city to sell the drugs to different NPCs. Some DDs only buy mushrooms and some only buy coke. You have a limited time doing this and the drugs can not be split, dropped or mugged off you. If you fail the mission the drugs will disappear and you will have a cooldown on the missions as a “punishment”. If you get arrested you will get sentenced/ticketed for the drugs like they were real. And if you succeeded you will receive the money with a text after you sold it all.


After taking a mission you will have to talk to an NPC somewhere on the map and he will give you the details on the mission and instructions. He will ask you to text him a control code (like the bank robbery) to confirm you’re a part of the mission (to prevent potential rulebreak) and then you’ll be on your way. To start a mission you will have to pay a fee between 5-30K depending on the difficulty of the mission that will not get refunded if you fail or die, so it won’t just be free missions and all profit, you have to risk some to win some kind of thing. The reward depends on how many officers are on duty, the level/difficulty of the mission and how many people that’s a part of the mission.


Why should this be added?:
Criminal roleplay is currently very limited. Adding this would allow for players to explore more avenues of criminal roleplay more frequently. These missions would let players commit more interesting crimes with actual rewards. It is difficult for newer, smaller organizations to commit crimes against other players who are backed by larger and richer organizations, making it harder and almost impossible for them to profit from raids.

What negatives could this have?:
- Constant crime could make regular policing harder and result in needless shootouts and Police baiting
- This would probably take a long time to code

We already have a mission system that is more or less done, we just need @Efan and @Tyla Jai to come up with missions and write all the steps down so we can code it. So some of these things are already kind of planned, just need the CMs to write each mission down in detail.

Seeing as my first reply was apparently unclear and invalidated the massive amount of mission suggestions we've gotten during the past few years, here is a clarification...

We have already coded a mission system. The aim of this is to help new players and promote non-criminal activity. Although criminal missions are possible, and already planned. It is up to @Efan and @Tyla Jai aka COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT to decide what missions we are creating, and also write detailed plans for these missions. To speed up development they will plan all the missions, so a developer like me can just create it quickly without spending a massive amount of time thinking about things like, if the player should go left or right....

The COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT will use the massive amount of mission suggestions as a base for their very long document of missions. But things are of course subject to change. If you have any questions, you can direct them towards COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT as this is their area of responsibility, and at the end of the day they are responsible for planning the future development of the server and community as a whole.

TLDR; Criminal missions are being added, after they have been planned by @Efan and @Tyla Jai . They will use suggestions as their base.
